Problem Statement

Lack of Visibility
Currently, Supplier data is only available to Sourcing and Procurement team members with no central repository for VMware employees to have visibility to VMware suppliers and their key attributes.

No Single View
There is no single view for end user for searching and comparing suppliers based on artifacts. Mostly the datas are only available in excel sheets

Dependency
Sourcing, Infosec and Privacy have a dependency on the Supplier Master team to provide offline supplier information.
Resulting in
Added time and resources to find the right supplier or onboard new supplier.
Misalignment of supplier talent and company needs, leading to suboptimal engagements and weaker performance
Lack of internal compliance.
